Creamy tuna salad stuffed inside a halved avocado. Laying on a bed of spring mix and drizzled with Sriracha.
Pulled Buffalo Chicken Dip
Pulled chicken, savory homemade buffalo sauce, and gouda cheese. Served in a cast iron skillet with homemade tortillas.
French Baguette topped with finely chopped tomato, garlic, and red onion finished with a balsamic glaze.
Buffalo Curds & Cauliflower
Wisconsin white cheddar cheese curds and cauliflower fried and drizzled in Joe’s buffalo sauce. Topped with bleu cheese crumbles and served with peppercorn ranch.
Choice of house chips, steak fries, coleslaw, veggie kabob, cup of soup, or side salad. Substitute sweet potato fries for $1 more or a muggamac for $2 more. Pretzel bun or gluten-free bun available for $1 more.
Barnyard Chicken Sandwich
A marinated chicken breast with bacon, swiss cheese, spring mix, tomato, and apricot chutney. Served on toasted sourdough.
Hand sliced corned beef beneath a generous bed of sauerkraut and melty swiss. Topped with Thousand Island and served on marble rye.

Marinated chicken, sliced apple, bleu cheese, Swiss cheese, raspberry aioli, and onion grilled between rye bread.
Loaded Pulled Pork Sandwich
Pulled pork slow cooked in house, topped with fresh coleslaw and house made Honey BBQ Sauce. Served on a pretzel bun.
Cod fried in a pale ale batter. Topped with our house made Honey Jalapeño Tartar Sauce.
Inspired by a Lansing favorite you may remember eating in this very building. Sliced top round roast beef, melty mozzarella cheese, and au jus, and garlic butter on a french roll.
