Fall Cheese Spread
A mixture of gourmet cheeses and fall fruits, including pomegranate, figs, and pears.
Comparable to the barley-based regular Bockbier, a Weizenbock is the strong version of an unfiltered Weissbier or Hefeweizen. It is made with 58% wheat malt (German law requires that a Weizenbier, regardless of strength, be made from at least 50% wheat). The other malts are, Pils, Munich and Carafa (for color) malts. The beer is light amber with slightly caramelized barley malts that give the beer a full-bodied mouthfeel, a rich and satisfying malty finish, and a more or less opaque appearance. While regular Bockbiers are lagers, Weizenbocks are all ales. They are fermented with a special yeast that gives the brew a slightly spicy, clove-like flavor.

Diced apples and butternut squash, oven baked and tossed in cinnamon & nutmeg. Served with ricotta cheese on six rounds of toast. Then drizzled in balsamic vinegar. Served with a mixed olive tapenade.
Big, Bold and unique is what this beer is all about. It has a distinct spicy, toasted quality from chocolate Rye Malt without having any roasted malt flavors. The featured hop in this beer, Sorachi Ace was unleashed in the East as a hop distinctly bred for Japanese brewers. Possibly the most unique of all hops it has the flavor and aroma of Lemon, dill, cedar and caraway. It’s relatively high in bitterness without being overpowering.
